| File RTI Online: The File RTI Online portal brings together information pertaining to the Right to Information Act 2005, Public Records Rules 2013, Public Records (Maintenance) Rules 2005, and various other guidelines issued under the Right to Information Act 2005. The site also has details of the state's Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners, State Information Commission, and PIOs of various departments. It is the first RTI application to be made on the go. The applicant can make an online RTI application to access information under PIO locally. No need for any software, just another click and you are good to go! This RTI application will be useful for the first-time applicant to File RTI Online. No other software is currently offering this facility of Apply RTI Online application. This would also save a lot of time and money, as one can make use of this RTI Guru application without having to travel all the way to the PIO’s office physically. While the RTI Guru web portal is functional, it still lacks some essential features. For instance, there is a provision for online payment of fees or uploading of documents. The portal also does not have a user manual which makes it difficult to navigate through the website.
